Community Engagement

We believe that thriving communities are the foundation of a successful business.
Through our Community Support programs, we are committed to making a positive impact where we live and work. From supporting local sporting teams and initiatives to partnering with community organisations, we strive to create lasting change by investing in projects that enrich lives and build stronger, more resilient communities.
CRS Safe & Connected Youth Program
MBS FM proudly partnered with the Conflict Resolution Service (CRS) to support their family and youth program, including Ruby’s House – a therapeutic residence for children experiencing family conflict. We helped set up Ruby’s House by supplying whitegoods, learning materials, and handling important regulatory requirements like installing door locks. Our ongoing support includes maintaining the facility and grounds, and thanks to a staff collection, we were able to provide a basketball stand for the children to enjoy.
Ronald McDonald House Charities
Ronald McDonald House Charities provide much-needed respite for families of seriously ill children, easing their financial burdens during tough times. MBS FM has been proud to support their Southern NSW facilities with in-kind services, including repairs and maintenance such as painting, air conditioning installations, lighting upgrades, water ingress repairs, and gutter cleaning. Our assistance helps create a more comfortable and secure environment for families, and we remain committed to supporting Ronald McDonald House whenever they need us.
Karinya House Cubby House
MBS FM was thrilled to contribute to a community initiative at Karinya House by helping prepare the ground and manage the crane installation of a new cubby house. This addition offers families a safe and fun outdoor space where children can play, explore, and create lasting memories during their time at Karinya House.
“It was quite a thing to witness, this large, colourful cubby house being lowered into its place in one of our outdoor play areas. It was everything a home should be for these children – beautiful, bright, warm and welcoming.”
- Jo Saccasan, Karinya House Business Manager
