MBS FM was appointed to refurbish five bathrooms in an occupied site, allowing only one bathroom to be offline at a time. Each stage commenced after the client accepted the handover and a certificate of occupancy and use was issued.
The client selected toilet pans and tapware with sensors, vanities with porcelain or granite benchtops, and fixtures and fittings finished in black. The bathrooms feature high-end tiles with white subway tile feature walls. A significant portion of the reinforced concrete slab was removed to install new drainage for the updated fixture locations.
The finished bathrooms are stylish, practical, and compliant, featuring sensorequipped fixtures for water savings. The black fixtures and fittings enhance the overall aesthetic, resulting in impressive and functional spaces.
