The new public amenities block at Hovell Tree Park enhances community accessibility and inclusivity. The block contains six gender-neutral toilets, an all-abilities toilet, and a Changing Places toilet for individuals with disabilities and high support needs.

Changing Places toilets offer dignified, safe, and private facilities with features like a height-adjustable adult-sized change table, ceiling track hoist system, centrally-located toilet, wide automatic door, and extra circulation space. These facilities set a benchmark for inclusive infrastructure, promoting equal access for all members of the community.
