The Brownstone office fit-out has successfully transformed both an existing office space and an adjacent vacant area into a contemporary office hub, enhancing layout and optimising functionality. The project encompassed the demolition of existing office partitions and dividing walls between the two spaces, followed by the reconstruction of walls to align with the new office layout.

To create private offices and meeting rooms, the project involved the installation of new partitions, aluminium frames, sliding doors, frosted glazing, and bespoke joinery. Additional upgrade works included a complete carpet replacement, ceiling maintenance, re-painting, aluminium skirting, and the installation of new electrical and air conditioning services.

The project was strategically executed in two stages, allowing a portion of the office to remain operational during each phase of the works.
