Burgmann College is a residential community affiliated and located within the Australian National University campus, accommodating approximately 350 undergraduate and postgraduate students.

MBS FM started their working relationship with Burgmann College by undertaking a room refurbishment project in November 2019. Following this, Burgmann College shifted their facilities maintenance approach in 2020 from in-house services and specialist contractors to a fully outsourced model, engaging MBS FM as their primary provider.

Since then, MBS FM have contributed to the success of Burgmann’s significant change to maintenance delivery. This has been achieved by our commitment to providing an integrated service whilst remaining flexible, enabling us to adapt to changes and fluctuations to project timeframes and labour requirements.

We have delivered a range of projects and services to date including:

  • Ongoing facilities appraisal

  • COVID-19 lockdown support

  • HVAC system installation, maintenance, and rectification

  • Barassi Bar upgrade works

  • Accommodation Refurbishment works

  • Water pump replacement

  • Ongoing grounds maintenance
