MBS FM recently completed the construction of a new Quarantine Storage Area at AlburyCity’s Thurgoona Museum & Social History Collection Storage facility.

AlburyCity’s Libraries & Museum team secured grant funding to refurbish and rework the existing storage facility to include a dedicated quarantine storage area.

The project included the construction of a 5.5m x 2.0m insulated, steel-framed, air-conditioned room, featuring double lockable glass doors. This space will serve as the initial sorting and decanting area for artifacts destined for AlburyCity’s Library Museum displays.
